Charles Elliott Properties was founded from our own family’s love for North Norfolk – shaped by years of seaside holidays, windswept walks, and slow mornings by the shore. Named after our sons, Charles and Elliott, the brand is built on personal connections and a desire to share the kind of stays we cherished most: thoughtful, welcoming, and made for making memories – with the whole family, dogs included.

All our properties are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, countryside, and town centres, making it easy to enjoy coastal walks, local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Our homes come fully equipped with modern conveniences, including well-appointed kitchens, comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, and complimentary Wi-Fi. To make your arrival even more special, we provide a deluxe welcome pack featuring fresh local foods and a bottle of fine wine. And for our four-legged guests, there’s a thoughtful doggy welcome pack to ensure they feel just as pampered.
We offer a range of properties to suit different group sizes, accommodating anywhere from 2 to 8 guests – perfect for couples, families, or multi-generational holidays.
We usually welcome our guests from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am to allow us time to prepare your home for the next visitors. Before you arrive, we’ll send you clear, easy-to-follow arrival instructions to make settling in a breeze. And if you need anything during your stay, we’re always here to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Absolutely! All of our homes are family-friendly and can be thoughtfully equipped with travel cots, high chairs, and other essentials upon request. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll be delighted to help make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible for everyone.

"This place is absolutely gorgeous. It's a short walk from town and the beach is probably 10/15 minutes. The property is really well equipped, was incredibly clean and was so dog friendly extra blankets, towels all available and a dog station of treats etc. the garden is enclosed and fully dog friendly. There's lots of parking and plenty of cupboard space left in the kitchen for food. There is a circular woodland walk behind the property too."

Great location to give views over the coast and just a mile walk into Cromer where you will find a great bakery, seafood, takeaways and lovely independent shops and easy access to other lovely locations like Sheringham, Holt & Wells Next The Sea. House was really well equipped and the enclosed garden perfect for our small dogs. Plenty of parking for three cars"
